🔁 Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition

    • In the original packaging

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: We do not accept returns for used, damaged, or hygiene-sensitive items (unless defective on arrival).


💸 Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after we collect your bank details.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless:

    • The item is defective

    • The wrong product was delivered

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost return parcels.

  • Used products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items without original packaging

🛑 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange refund at no extra cost.
